Own the Operation Behind a High-Performance Fleet

TrendHR is partnering with a growing, innovative organization in Rockwall to hire a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily operations of a large vehicle fleet, including a strong mix of electric vehicles.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be the central point of coordination, keeping vehicles, drivers, vendors, and leadership aligned to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily operations of 85–90 company vehicles
• Schedule and track maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Monitor fleet readiness, utilization, and condition
• Manage vehicle assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
• Track EV charging logistics and usage
• Maintain accurate records (registrations, insurance, compliance)
• Coordinate with vendors, service centers, and insurance providers
• Manage accident reporting, repairs, and claims documentation
• Monitor driver compliance and safety procedures
• Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and reporting for leadership

What You Bring

• 2+ years in fleet coordination, logistics, operations, or admin support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools
• Experience working with vendors or service providers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience managing vehicle fleets
• Exposure to EV fleets or charging logistics
• Experience with maintenance schedules, registrations, or compliance
